We accept PayPal for instant, secure checkout. We also support manual payment for select orders — once you place a manual order we'll email you instructions and mark it paid as soon as we receive payment.

Digital items (game accounts, digital services) are typically delivered within minutes of payment confirmation — the delivery details appear on your order page and are emailed to you. Physical items ship within 1–3 business days using the carrier you select at checkout.

Once your order is marked as paid, sign in and open the order from your account page. Any delivered content (codes, credentials, links) appears in the 'Your delivery' panel and can be copied with one click.

Every used device is inspected, tested, and graded before it's listed. The product page lists the condition (new, like-new, good, etc.) so you know exactly what to expect.

If a physical item arrives not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or refund. Digital items are non-refundable once the delivery details have been revealed, except in the case of a verified delivery problem.
